Since 1997, the Zugbrücke is classified as 4 star hotel (German Hotel Classification)
In 1999, as the first hotel in Rhineland Palatinate, the Zugbrücke was awarded with the additional rating "Superior". It stands for top companies within a star classification that distinguishes itself on an extremely high level of service offered to customers.
A very special award was presented to the hotel in 2006, "Host of the year", chosen from all 4 and 5 star hotels in Rhineland Palatinate. This competition was organized by the state of Rhineland Palatinate, the tourism association as well as the hotel and gastronomy association.
As one of the first companies in the "Westerwald" region, in 2005 the Zugbrücke was presented with the grade "Service Quality Germany" for special touristic quality management .
