Start your day feasting on our rich buffet in the Burghof. You will wake up to a freshly prepared vital breakfast (on weekends and bank holidays we also offer the late riser breakfast in our CUBE-Bar & Lounge). On Sundays we treat you with our extensive brunch.
Over lunchtime we prepare a wide food selection on our lunch buffet with warm and cold dishes, soups, salads and desserts.

On several evenings during the week we offer changing themed buffets in our restaurants, while on Sundays and bank holidays we prepare our exquisite brunch.
In summertime we also have a great summer buffet on Saturday evenings.

Dry aged Steaks and seasonal food
Grenzau goes New York City. We want to bring the big city‘s excellence in steakhouse tradition to our little village. We grill top-quality meat with the „Beefer“. Th at‘s a damn hot thing. It produces twice as much heat a regular grill does: 800 degrees centigrade. Like this the surface of the meat caramalizes within seconds. Th is makes it crunchy from the outside and extremely juicy inside. Meat juices dripping below are caught in a tray and can be used to prepare delicious sauces or side dish fl avourings.
